The Dynamic Fit Philosophy
Dynamic Fit follows the CrossFit guidelines of Constantly varied Functional movements performed at a high intensity.  Dynamic Fit is dedicated to the advancement of human performance and a return to functionality. Here, you won't see scores of cardio-bots jamming to their headsets while reading magazines on elliptical trainers. Nor will you find high-tech weightlifting machines, or the latest in fitness gimmickry. The tools of our trade are much simpler and are used for exercises that are more primal in nature.

Dynamic Fit Kids is a unique fitness program designed for kids of all ages and fitness levels. Providing a healthy lifestyle for our children now is essential for their well-being later. Whether your child plays athletics or not, it is imperative they learn the proper way to push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift, and jump both effectively and safely.

Kids don't like feeling like they're working. We understand this, which is why at Dynamic Fit we make every workout fun. Each class will begin with a fun full-body warmup, followed by a learned skill, a short workout, and finally a game that will encompass everything they've learned for that day.

What can my child expect from Dynamic Fit Kids?

• Fun! Exercise is fun, not work. With a variety of skills and games, your child will find that exercise is something to look forward to. The games and skills we work on are similar to any type of exercise your child may do on a playground or in everyday life.

• Nutrition! Your child will learn about making the right nutritional choices for themselves. Food is our fuel and your child will learn about the types of foods their body needs to be healthy.

• Increase in cognitive development! Studies continue to show that the more we move the better our cognitive development. The way we move and the way we think are one and not separate. “Motor function is as crucial to some areas of cognition as it is to physical movement.” - Dr. John Ratey.

• Positive environment! Dynamic Fit creates an encouraging atmosphere for your child with reassuring words and great energy. All exercises are scaled to the ability of the child, building confidence.

• Team Work! We are not trying to compete with each other, but rather work together toward a common goal, cheering on our teammates and offering support.

Little Champs: Ages 4-8 $55 per summer session*

Class focus is on developing motor skills and spatial adjustment. This allows the child to use un-weighted exercise to develop functional movement that will later translate to everyday activities. There is a strong emphasis on making exercise fun and interesting, while posing challenges. Classes are 30 minutes.

Champs: Ages 9-12 $5 per summer session*

Class focus is on strength and conditioning to aid the child with everyday activities as well as for sports outside of Dynamic Fit Kids. Our classes are also completely sufficient as a stand alone fitness program. Kids will learn proper technique for movement in weighted and un-weighted exercises. There is a strong emphasis on making exercise fun and interesting, while posing challenges. Class are 30 minutes

All Stars: Ages 13 and up $65 per summer session*

This class is more advanced and focuses on fine tuning and building upon the skills learned in Dynamic Fit Kids classes. Teens will be taught proper Olympic lifts and begin to perform more advanced workouts. Dynamic Fit All-Stars translates well to outside sports offering conditioning that is unmatched in other programs. Classes are 45 minutes
