We program functional movements and design them exclusively for the most serious and highly motivated fitness seekers. Fitness is defined as cardio-respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, power, coordination, accuracy, balance, flexibility, speed and agility. We will equip you with the knowledge to help you attain your goals, resist illness and create healthier behaviors in your life outside of our "box".
We believe the movements and exercises used in training should look normal outside of the training environment. Long before Body Building our ancestors were running, jumping, squatting, throwing, pushing, pulling, and climbing. By training in these movements, we are reconditioning our bodies to function in the manner that they were designed.
